Every service, ordered by phase.

Each service works in one phase of the Judgement first method. Find the phase your company is in: that is where the service you need sits. If you do not know which one it is, start with the diagnosis.

Judgement first, phase by phase

Four phases in a sensible order, not a mandatory one. Each ends at a gate with three exits —proceed, adjust or stop— and the decision is yours.

  1. Judgement and Execution

Those who decide know what to ask, what to demand and what not to buy, and how to put it into practice.

"I have to decide on AI and I do not know what to ask the vendor."

  2. Diagnosis

You know where your company stands and what is blocking it, across eleven dimensions.

"I do not know where my company stands, and I suspect internal enthusiasm is not the answer."

  3. Building

What was prioritised gets built, in phases and on the technology you already have.

"We know what needs doing; what is missing is building it without getting locked in."

  4. Transfer

What was built is documented and in your team's hands. It is not bought separately: it is how every engagement ends.

Doctrine

What has to stop weighs more than what has to start.

Every service comes from a written body of doctrine: The Phoenix Doctrine, and the three pillars of DAL OS — Destrucción Creativa, Antifragility and AI Literacy.
