Who it is for and what problem

The problem is not resistance to change: it is that the decision arrives without the criteria it was taken with, and each manager translates it their own way.

What it is

A VoltAi Academy programme of the Phoenix family, built on The Phoenix Doctrine, aimed at senior management. Unlike an individual programme, its unit of work is the team: what it produces is not a set of trained people, it is a management layer that decides by the same criteria.

What it includes

  • Sessions with the full team, on initiatives that management already has on the table.
  • A common, explicit vocabulary: what we call an agent, what we call automation, what we call judgement.
  • The three pillars of DAL OS — Creative Destruction, Antifragility and AI Literacy — applied to execution, not to strategy.
  • A written agreement on how AI initiatives are evaluated, prioritised and approved from then on.

How we work

  • No lock-in: nothing we build ties you to us or to a vendor.
  • You choose the stack, and if you already have one, we work with the one you have.
  • Every phase ends at an approval gate: a decision of yours, and the next one does not start without it.
  • And the capability stays inside your company: if you still depend on us when we finish, the work is not done.

Do I have to buy everything?
No. The phases follow a sensible order, not a mandatory one, and each ends in a decision of yours: you can start with the one you need and stop at any gate.
Do you work with the technology we already have?
Yes. We work with what you already have or implement whatever suits best, and nothing we build ties you to us or to a vendor.
