`VoltAi Academy` — build judgement in the people who decide. The Phoenix family programmes, bespoke programmes and individual support for directors.
`VoltAi Enterprise` — know where you are and get where you decide to go. SLG_Readiness diagnoses; SLG_Implement executes what the diagnosis prioritised.
`VoltAi Factory` — build what is not in the catalogue. Applications, agents, and operations leadership as a service.
There is no mandatory order, but there is a sensible one: judgement first, then diagnosis, and only then building. Starting at the end is the most expensive way to find out it was not needed.
